The warm hospitality of the hosts made my stay truly pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, which included biscuits, gravy, and French toast. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing a great environment for relaxation after work. Additionally, the common areas offered a cozy atmosphere to unwind and chat with fellow guests. Convenient parking is also a plus.
The bathroom was a bit small.

A place to make new friends
From the moment we arrived, Chris welcomed us warmly, making us feel like part of the Ozark family. Each morning, we savored Jodi's delicious home-cooked breakfasts, which were a delightful way to start the day. The Hickory suite was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Its comfortable bed allowed for restful nights, and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch while sharing stories with other guests.
Unfortunately, our stay was too short, and we wished we could have stayed longer to explore all the nearby attractions. There could have been more heating options in our suite during the chilly evenings, but it was manageable overall.

Tales from the unexpected
A breakdown led us to the most welcoming hosts, who even knew a reliable local mechanic! Our stay turned into a delightful experience filled with warm conversations and fascinating stories over breakfast. The charming atmosphere and the stunning old porch provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Truly a magical turn of events during a stressful time!

The hot breakfast served here stands out as a highlight, and the old-fashioned porch provided a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. Rooms have unique decorations, with the King Room offering a spacious layout and comfortable bedding for a solid night's sleep.
Several rooms sit on the second floor, which could pose a challenge for those with limited mobility due to narrow staircases. The shared spaces can feel a bit cramped when the place is full, making it less than ideal for larger groups looking for privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ozark Country Inn! The room was clean and nicely appointed, and we especially enjoyed having private access to the veranda on the second floor. Jodi, our host, was outstanding, making us feel welcome. The breakfast was wonderful, featuring delicious, home-cooked options that catered to our vegetarian tastes.
The bathroom was a bit small.

The breakfast was awesome, too—delicious home-cooked food that we couldn't get enough of. We enjoyed local music, and the hosts were super welcoming, making us feel right at home. The privacy of the King Room was a bonus after our days filled with activities like visiting the Folk Center and some great hiking.
One thing to keep in mind is that the shared spaces felt a bit cramped when the inn was full. There were times when it was hard to find space to relax away from the group.
